Wardrobe Workout Description
Out with the old, in with the new! Overhauling your wardrobe will create space for the Future You! In my experience, clients often find it overwhelming to let go and move forwards; they lose weight and store their oversized clothes away in the event they put the weight back on. In some regards, this sets the scene to go backwards, which is undesirable for obvious reasons. A wardrobe workout is designed to follow style principles, making it easier to discard items that would not suit you, irrespective of your size.
Key information derived from a Personal Image Consultation (your age, stage in life, personal identity, anthropometric data, body composition, career, hobbies, daytime and evening activities) will provide a framework to guide and influence your wardrobe decisions.
Letting go is fundamental to change. Be prepared to let go. Show up with an open mind, garbage bags for sorting items for donation, tailoring and/or upcycling.
