Stretch & Release Description
Stretch & Release SGPT sessions commence with a basic warm up and dynamic stretching, followed by various releases using golf balls, foam rollers, resistance bands and supervised proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches (note: must have experience and medical approval).
Stretch & Release sessions address lower body muscle stiffness adversely impacting your daily life and prevent onset of musculoskeletal issues.
Increase range of movement (ROM) throughout your joints and keep injuries at bay by managing neuromuscular tension resulting from prolonged static postures, such as sitting all day.
Enjoy the social aspects of training in a small group.
