Stretch & Release Description
Participation is only available to those who attend the SGPT session immediately prior as attendees must be sufficiently warmed up to prevent damage to muscles.
The session involves various releases using golf balls, foam rollers, resistance bands and supervised proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches (note: must have experience and medical approval).
Improve your flexibility and reduce aches and pains by improving the range of movement (ROM) through your joints.
Release tight muscles adversely impacting your daily life to reduce and prevent onset of musculoskeletal issues.
Stretch & Release is ideal for those in sedentary jobs, who spend large portions of the week in prolonged static postures, such as sitting all day and equally ideal for those in physically demanding manual jobs, who spend large portions of the week highly active, performing repetitive tasks and/or heavy lifting.
