Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions allow you to rebound your way to fitness with significantly reduced impact to the lower body with fun, simple and uplifting choreography. Rebounders are also known as mini trampolines.
SGPT sessions run all year round including public holidays and continue throughout the school holidays, unless otherwise notified.
