Even those you love can create destructive dynamics, even when they are trying to support you.
Embarking on a new goal such as weight loss can become challenging if you are impacted by the food in your home, your quality and pattern of sleep and your ability to relax. Furthermore, when there are many tasks to achieve in a day and your level of support is low, conflicts of interest to achieving your goals start to appear and a level of helplessness to an already challenging goal can become overwhelming.
