Core & Stretch Description
Core & Stretch SGPT sessions commence with a basic warm up and dynamic stretching, followed by a core strength conditioning phase.
Release muscles from top to toe by applying a combination of static and prolonged static stretches. For the more advanced participant, you may apply some myofascial release and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques (note: must have experience and medical approval).
Core & Stretch sessions address muscle stiffness adversely impacting your daily life and prevent onset of musculoskeletal issues. Increase range of movement (ROM) throughout your joints and keep injuries at bay by managing neuromuscular tension resulting from prolonged static postures, such as sitting all day. Enjoy the social aspects of training in a small group.
