CARDIOBOX is a personal training and group fitness service, ideal for those embarking upon a weight loss journey and for those wanting to take their fitness to the next level. Drills, skills and combinations can be performed at a high intensity with minimal impact to the lower body, accommodating individuals carrying excess weight and those with lower limb injuries or disabilities. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, alleviate stress, burn fat or exercise around an injury, CARDIOBOX delivers.

CARDIOBOX is beneficial as a stand-alone activity and is also an excellent cross training tool, complimenting most other physical activities such as dance, martial arts and team sport.

You can attend CARDIOBOX on your own, with a friend or by joining a group class. We offer small and large public and corporate classes. We offer 35, 45 or 55 minute personal training sessions. Group classes run for 60 – 75 minutes. We recommend you either attend two group classes per week or between one and three 35 minute sessions per week pending your goals and availability.

You will be required to undertake a pre exercise screen and comply with CARDIOBOX safety requirements. Please download your Cardiobox Welcome Pack for further information.

CARDIOBOX is a fun and motivating way to aerobically exercise in a relaxed and supportive environment. Enjoy individualised training in a group setting without feeling like you are on display.

CARDIOBOX classes involve individually paced drills, skills and combinations. Packed with variety, sport specific techniques, interval and cross training activities CARDIOBOX caters all fitness levels from the beginner to the experienced athlete. Classes also cater varying skill levels, enabling new starters while challenging the advanced participant.

CARDIOBOX public classes run for 12 consecutive weeks at a time all year round. Classes run on public holidays and continue throughout the school holidays, unless otherwise notified. Private and corporate classes of 8-60 participants can be provided and tailored to your needs by emailing us at

New participants are eligible for a FREE one on one personal training session. All you have to do is like us on  Facebook and message us your availability. Check out a class at Harrison School Mondays and Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm to see what it is all about. New participants are encouraged to enrol mid-way through a 12 week period. Ongoing participants must enrol at the beginning of a 12 week period. When re-registering for one class/week on the Early Bird Offer, you will receive attendance at 1 group technique session (6-8 participants) to the value of $250. We recognise and appreciate that there are a number of factors impacting your ability to achieve your goals including mobility, mindset and healthy eating. Depending on the level and type of support you require and your medical history, we can incorporate various health and lifestyle services into your package.

We offer standard packages when twelve or more personal training sessions of the same service is required. We also offer customised packages when twelve or more sessions of multiple services are required.

In our experience, customised packages incorporating wellness coaching yield the best results. Paramount to achieving any goal is having a positive and focused mindset. Wellness coaching will equip you with necessary skills to adapt your mindset; improve your confidence; expand your comfort zone; challenge your limiting beliefs; push through barriers and position you for sustainability and success.

Discounts apply when multiple services are purchased and when packages are paid in full within 2 weeks of purchase. We also offer payment plans for those experiencing financial constraints. Payment plans are negotiated on a case by case basis.


Where is CARDIOBOX located?

We conduct outdoor and indoor personal training sessions and group classes within a 20 km radius from our studio in Harrison; however most of our clients prefer the ease and efficiency of our private studio and enjoy attending our public classes at the Harrison School.
