CARDIOBOX involves high intensity boxing pad work drills, skills and combinations. CARDIOBOX is packed with variety, sport specific techniques, interval and cross training activities.
CARDIOBOX classes run for 12 consecutive weeks. New starters can commence at any time and will be charged at a pro rata basis.
Monday nights 6:30 – 7:30pm
